Sales Enablement Program
In this phased engagement, The Readiness Company carried out a full Training Needs Analysis, designed a training program and facilitated the sales team to develop their own processes and techniques. The measured results were impressive with a trend-changing upturn in revenue and tangible change in morale and teamwork.

Microsoft Corporate Accounts UK Sales Academy
Gary Garnett, Managing Director of The Readiness Company, was part of a small team who designed and set up the first Microsoft Sales Academy for Microsoft Corporate Accounts UK. The Academy is a structure built to define and develop core competencies which, through the Academy, now benchmark a higher level of performance. The process for setting up the Academy has been shared throughout Microsoft worldwide as best practice. The Corporate Accounts UK team are responsible for $600 million worth of business for Microsoft UK and the Sales Academy, delivered by The Readiness Company, continues to be the core framework for their training and is now endorsed by The Institute of Sales and Marketing (ISMM).

Selling the Stack
This course was designed by The Readiness Company and has been delivered throughout Microsoft worldwide. With realistic role-plays and innovative ways with which to link Microsoft’s stack of products, it empowers sales professionals to improve their approach, communication, customer relationships and sales figures.

Platform Passions
This course has been delivered around the world for Microsoft marketing professionals. It brings together an understanding of Microsoft’s product stack and the positioning of products in the marketplace, enabling sales and marketing teams to put the latest technological developments in a customer-focused context.

Business and IT
Part of the Microsoft Apprentice Program for Partners, this course provides apprentices with an insight into sales techniques in the IT world. Through role plays and teamwork, delegates develop a depth of knowledge needed to address customers’ concerns and provide meaningful business solutions. The Readiness Company is a key learning and development partner in designing and developing content for the Microsoft Apprentice Program.

Selling To The Board
Looking to move from transactional sales to a more consultative team approach? The Readiness Company enables sales teams to step up and sell at the Executive level. The course is a two day real life business simulation where teams prepare and sell in a realistic business scenario - meeting Directors, confronting gatekeepers and challenging their own sales and presenting skills in an intense, reality atmosphere.
